  • Installation and Transition Management: In order to ensure a smooth transition, we have developed a well-defined methodology of coordinating project managers, programmers, network specialists and any appropriate industries that might be required to install any project.
  • Project & Site Management: Supervision of all project areas, where required – provide mechanical and electrical installation, system readiness testing, system startup, and personnel training.
